MODELING OF THE CASTLE & GARGOYLE

I started on this project by concept sculpting the gargoyle. There was a lot of back and forth between me and the director to achieve the correct look, starting with a more human head but in the end deciding to make it look more demonic as it was being decapitated.

The castle had to look very weathered and old especially as it would be painted over and had to rely on the ambient occlusion render for the shadows and detail.

I also modeled the clothing for Uncle Quinton giving him the vintage, cool, inventor look we would all love!
