HONEST JOHN’S GERMANTS
This devious character was a lot of fun to contribute to. Sadly I didn’t model the Fox’s body but I did model and sculpt the clothing. Working on an asset like this with MPC’s Film quality standard was a great experience and a real insight to the level they strive to achieve.
I was given reference to match, as they had built real life prop versions of all the characters. We had to produce daily A over B’s to match what reference.
Honest John was in a similar pose to what you see on the left and that made it very (very) tricky to model whilst matching the reference and produce a version for rigging to pick up. But in the end I and all of the team were very happy with the final results.
